As a fitness coach, you can earn money while you obtain your personal fitness and diet goals by helping others do the same. People can make money from home by helping others.
Because of this, let’s look at this challenge from a different approach. How do create a lifestyle that is both fit and matches your personality? The answer may be a little different for everyone, but for me, I can provide a few tips that helped. Consider these and possibly modify to suit your own needs.

I think so. I think fitness has an infinite number of faces and takes on an unlimited number of characteristics. I encourage you to try not to see fitness in such a narrow scope that you forget that fitness, above all, is about people. It’s about people getting better, not being the best. Fitness is not a sport, it’s not a race and no one is keeping score. Fitness is about you as an individual. You may be a phenomenally successful athlete like Lance Armstrong or Drew Brees (both fit people) or you may be like my client Lisa (also a fit person) who in her 60s decided she wanted to walk with more energy, feel more stable and be able to play with her grandchildren.
First off, fitness for fun is an easy way to start getting back in to shape. Just because it’s fun it doesn’t mean that it isn’t working. Alternative fitness activities are far from the dumb bell curls that you normally do at the gym, think pillow fights, sports, rock climbing, hiking and the list goes on and on. I hear you say that doesn’t fitness have to be structured? In my opinion alternative fitness doesn’t have to be structured at all, the further from structured the better, as then it won’t feel like work at all!
For better fitness, experts recommend drinking lots of plain water. It not only will keep your body fit but will also keep your skin fresh and lively. Fresh fruit juice is also recommended.
Next to strength training is body-weight training, which is probably the most natural way to be fit and healthy. Such training uses minimal training equipment and includes traditional workout like push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, squats, and planks. There are still people who believe that natural way of exercising is still the best choice to lose weight and be healthy.
Listen to me carefully, no home exercise regiment will make you a Navy Seal, a celebrity, an Olympic or world-class athlete. We can expect this salesmanship from companies that spend millions in advertising a month, but we should not, dare not lie to ourselves. No program is without some merit and no program can fit all our varying needs as we pursue a fitness life style.
